How to Erase Cellulite + Total Body Workout with Grass
Dry brushing stimulates circulation, invigorates your nervous system and has been used to help rid of cellulite. Dry brushes can have plant bristles or boar bristles, which tend to feel firmer, and which is what I tend to prefer.
I found another form of dry brushing one day lying in the grass. I had an itch and thought of a bear scratching its back. I did the same and it felt invigorating and very pleasurable. Since then I have grass brushed my entire body and in effect discovered a whole new way of enjoying a total body workout! I only do it for a few minutes on any one area of the body, and the skin remains flushed hours afterwards. Grass brushing has a similar effect as brushing against stinging nettle, which is considered a medicinal effect, but without the stinging effect.

What about chiggers and onlookers?
Chiggers prefer moist and tall grass, so in general I like to grass brush in dry grass. Its also more pleasant to roll around in. I have fun with onlookers wondering what Im up to. Im not mean about it, but I may ask in response to them “what makes you think I may not be ok”? That starts a conversation, a brief exchange of comments, and we part friends. Its something I dont always remember to do, giving them a smile or a wave instead, but that doesnt always work at keeping them away. Plus, they will probably walk away offended or perplexed. You and I rather people be enticed to try this total body workout. Lets keep the energy positive!
