Spa Etiquette

Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Pleae respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areaxs. Our lounge areas provide the perfect setting for conversations.

Cell Phones
In consideration of our guests, we ask that cell phones and electronic devices are turned off and left in your purse or with your belongings during your stay.

Coercive/Spamming/Harrasing Behavior

While our staff is more than happy to assist our customers, there are certain unlikely atypical behaviors that will not be tolerated and which will immediately negate a guest’s welcome at our facility and any of our further communications with or obligations to such a guest.  If necessary we will seek legal intervention to stop  such behavior.  Such behavior includes loitering at our facility, foul language, repetative phone calls or appearences, or lingering appearances or phone calls,  with the intent of demanding bookings, services, persons and/or any other demands that we may not be able to fullfil. Once a request has been made we do our best to address the situation within a 24 hour period to the best of our ability and further repetitive requests within that 24 hour period may be treated as coercive, spamming and/or harassing behavior.  Such behavior is destructive to our business flow, our staff and our guests and may result in our prosecution of the involved disturbing individual(s).  The following may be regarded as coercive, spamming and/or harassing behavior after the initial request has been already addressed by our staff: a repeated request to be booked within a certain time period, a repeated request to receive either a duration of services and/or a certain kind of services and/or a certain price on a service that  we do not offer  at the time of the original request.

Spa Policy

Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill our a client profile necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs, and to use the restroom before beginning your services.

Cancellation Policy
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to a charge for each service. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card, voucher and certificate holders.  Any potentially contagious health condition is a contraindication to receiving any services at our facility. You as our guest  have the responsibility to cancel your appointement due to any potentially contagious condition in accordance with our 24 hour policy.  If in doubt please get in touch with our staff so that we can advice you.

Late Arrival
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Return Policy
Prepaid discounted packages, gift certificates, voucher, and cards are non-refundable. Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

Health Conditions
We want to ensure the health and safety of all our guests and staff.  Any acute contagious health conditions such as colds, flus, etc. are contraindications to using our facility. Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services.
We reserve the right to not proceed with or stop  a service as soon as our staff determines your health condition to be contraindicated for receiving the treatmnent.  You will still owe the full value of services booked in accordance with our 24 hour cancelation policy, so please call us no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment if you have any doubts about your health condition being contraindicated to receive services.  Please take a look at a list of massage and services contraindications.


Massage and Body Treatments
Please specify Therapist gender preferences at time of booking. You may consult with the Therapist directly about style and depth of pressure prior to your service. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive massage treatments, or both a parent/guardian and the therapist must expressly agree for a minor to receive  a specific massage treatment.

pregnancy is contraindicated for receiving massage except for special pregnancy/prenatal massage. Please mention your pregnancy when booking, so that we can advise you in selecting appropriate treatments for you during this special time.

Keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and and treatment.

Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. We strongly recommend use of our secure lockers for any valubles and personal articles. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robes provided for your convenience.

All major credit cards are accepted on our website. We do not accept  traveller’s checks.  Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.

Discounts and Third Party Gift certificates/Vouchers/Cards

We do not combine any discounts, discounted packages, gift certificates, vouchers or cards with other discounts, discounted packages, gift certificates, vouchers or cards or with any third party discounts, discounted packages, gift certificates, vouchers or cards, unless we expressly state otherwise.

Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 18-20% of each service price is appropriate and appreciated.
